Along with managing our honeybees, we also run a beef cow/calf operation with the main goal to produce cattle that will be sold off to customers for premium beef meat. We currently have a herd size of 20 cattle with the main breeds being a mix of Angus and Simmental and some Maintainer. Majority of the year our herd is out on pasture and supplemented in the off seasons with hay.
We currently have one steer available for March 2020 and four steers for Fall of 2020. We sell the meat by 1/4, 1/2, or whole steer.
